Lauren graduated from arcadia university with her doctorate of physical therapy. She has served in leadership roles inside orthopedics and has specializations in TMJ disorders and treatment. An avid runner, she has concentrated much of her continuing education in running injury prevention and management. Lauren is also a dry needling therapist.

Graduated from Fayetteville technical community college in 2017 with her physical therapist assistant degree, rachel has been working predominantly in orthopedics and sports medicine for the last seven years. She has worked at womack, cape fear valley, and cape fear orthopedics.

a veteran, rachel has an acute awareness of the physical demands of military performance and has been dedicated to functional fitness for herself and her patients. She is certified in iastm and also functional movement.

Rachel has experience with a wide population of patients and their spectrum of needs, including military members both active duty and retired, pediatric, athletic performance, neurological, and post surgical recovery.
